Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade instantly. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit applies to your next bill.
What happens at the end of my trial?
After 14 days, you choose a plan to continue. If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused — your data is kept for 30 days.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Ever. No implementation costs, no onboarding fees. You're billed only for your subscription.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the full year upfront and save 20% — equivalent to 2 months free. You're charged once a year instead of every month.
What happens when I reach my worker limit?
You'll need to upgrade to the next plan to add more workers. Upgrading is instant and your data is never affected.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts, no lock-in. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans can be canceled with a prorated refund for unused months.
