Increased API latency

Between 14:20 and 15:05 CET, API response times increased to 2–4s on write operations due to a database connection pool exhaustion. Root cause: a misconfigured query in the attendance export feature. Fixed with connection pool increase and query optimization. No data loss occurred.
Email delivery delays
April 18, 2025Resolved
Transactional emails (document expiry alerts, invite emails) experienced delays of up to 45 minutes between 09:00 and 10:30 CET. Caused by rate limiting at the email provider (Resend). Resolved by distributing sends across time. All emails were eventually delivered.
