Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Yey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators and managers.
2. The Service
Yey provides a SaaS platform for construction workforce management. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@yeydigital.eu.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of payment.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of data in Yey is governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement. You retain ownership of all data you enter into Yey.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Yey to: process data you don't have rights to, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, distribute malware, violate applicable laws, or misrepresent worker data for fraudulent compliance purposes.
8. Uptime & Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure, or planned maintenance (announced 48h in advance). Check status.yeydigital.eu for live status.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access to the service ends. You may export your data for 30 days after termination. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
